After learning, let a small action happen

Keep the action card for yourself

Write down the target, the action, the time, the evidence of completion, and what to do if you get stuck. You can do this on your own. If you need teacher advice, send a non-sensitive summary you are willing to share via the agreed online method. You do not need to wait for other students or publish your reflection.

Reading marks on this page stay in your current browser and are not submitted automatically. You can export or print your personal action card and decide what to share. Do not send the identity of interviewees, private recordings, or raw chats.

You might plan it like this: “After dinner tomorrow, I will spend 20 minutes drawing two paper cards. If the person is not free, I will reschedule. If I need advice, I will explain where I am stuck.” This lesson uses situational planning to support action, but it does not guarantee the same results for everyone.

48 hours: Check if you started

Take one minute to answer what you did, what evidence you have, where you got stuck, and what you plan to do next.

If you tried but did not reach the expected result, look at the task and the situation first, then pick one area to check. If you have not started, distinguish between time, resources, method, evaluation pressure, or an unsuitable topic, then narrow the action or change the topic. Do not replace finding the cause with a single phrase like “not enough effort.”

If you have agreed on a time with someone, explain the reason, the new time, and the help you need before postponing. If a teacher finds no reply, they should privately confirm the arrangement and whether it is convenient to communicate, rather than naming the student publicly.

Seven days: Bring back what happened

Keep one original hypothesis, one real action, one anonymous result, and one next-step decision. Participation by the target person must be voluntary. Do not seek sensitive stories.

Lower secondary students can complete one on-campus observation, a trial with adult assistance, or a paper card demonstration, then draw a before-and-after change chart. You can do this without electronic devices.

University students should each seek feedback from two independent targets, clearly stating the contact method and cost limit. If there is only one target, only your own demonstration, or only peer practice, note this honestly. If you want to ask the teacher, you can send a short summary. You are not required to form a team or gather members first.

If you hold an online meeting, each person should first bring one sticking point, then discuss the next minimal validation. Asynchronous advice can follow the same order, with both parties agreeing on a reply time separately.

Do not require making an App within one year first. Use one week to see if the target person and you are willing to continue. The annual direction can be adjusted based on evidence.

Continue, adjust, or stop: Explain the basis

When continuing, write which hypothesis is preliminarily supported and what risks remain. When adjusting, write what you are changing this time and how you will try again. When pausing, explain the reasons related to needs, resources, risks, or personal choice, and reply to participants.

Stopping an unsuitable direction can be a responsible choice. If you have not tried it, acknowledge that you do not yet know if others need it.

How teachers review

Within the scope of voluntary student sharing and pre-agreed use, check if they started, what evidence they brought back, and how they revised after feedback. If calculating proportions, the denominator should be the number of people who started learning and voluntarily took on the task. List delays and unreachable statuses separately.

The page has no automatic statistics or grade backend. Teachers cannot get overall learning progress from local reading marks. Do not use one feedback instance to prove that a class improved long-term execution. A low response rate may also remind teachers to narrow tasks, reduce information volume, or rethink interests.

Self-awareness, with room for revision

If you did a strengths reflection, privately check if the strengths you used helped, under what conditions you got stuck, and what happened after changing the arrangement. If a strategy did not help, you can change it again. Do not judge personality or ability based on this.

After an interruption, reschedule sustainable small steps. It is allowed to stop if the need does not hold. The reflection card is kept by the individual. Teachers do not create psychological profiles or automatically upload to AI. Completing one reflection does not yet mean life has changed.
